Head of Technical Operations (Integration & AI)

The Mission: Install the "Digital Backbone" for Functional Medicine Clinics. Location: Remote (LATAM - Mexico/South America Preferred) Comp: $3,000 – $4,000 USD / Month (Performance-Based)

THE CONTEXT

ExitLoop is an Operations Infrastructure Firm. We sell a high-ticket "Clinical AI-Ops Accelerator." Think of us like a specialized medical equipment provider: We sell a system (The AI-Ops Accelerator), we install it (90-Day Protocol), and we ensure it runs perfectly.

We are NOT a marketing agency. We do not run ads. We solve operational chaos. We install systems that answer phones, triage patients, and automate care coordination so doctors can focus on medicine.

THE ROLE

You are the Lead Engineer responsible for the "Install" and "Activate" phases of our client projects. The Founder sells the "Infrastructure." You install it.

You aren't inventing from scratch every day. You are taking our proven "Core/Plus/Max" architecture and deploying it into client clinics, troubleshooting their specific EMR integrations, and ensuring the "Patient Journey" flows without friction.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD & DEPLOY

• The "AI Triage Assistant" (Voice & Text)

  • You will configure and deploy AI Agents (Vapi/Air.ai/GHL) that handle 24/7 reception.

  • The Standard: The AI must flawlessly distinguish between a new patient, an existing patient, and a pharmacy call, routing them correctly without hallucinating.

• Deep System Integrations (The "Plumbing")

  • EMR ↔ GHL Sync: You will build the bridges between niche Medical Records systems (e.g., DrChrono, Jane, Practice Better) and our GHL operating system using n8n/Make webhooks.

  • The Goal: When a patient fills out an intake form, their profile is instantly updated in GHL, tagged correctly, and the doctor is notified. No manual data entry.

• "Adherence" & Retention Automations

  • Deploy "Continuity Protocols" that detect when a patient has gone dormant and trigger empathetic reactivation sequences to get them back on their care plan.

  • Deploy "No-Show Prevention" flows that use multi-channel reminders (SMS/Voice) to protect the clinic's revenue.

YOUR STACK

• Integration Logic: Expert-level n8n or Make.com. (You must know how to read API documentation for random EMR software and figure out how to get data in/out).

• The OS: Deep mastery of GoHighLevel (GHL) automation and database architecture.

• AI Layer: OpenAI API / Vapi / Custom LLM prompting.

WHO YOU ARE

• A "Finisher": We sell a 90-day install. You need to hit the deadlines. "Almost done" means the clinic is losing money.

• HIPAA Aware: You understand we are moving patient health data. You treat API keys and data logs with extreme caution.

• Structured Thinker: You prefer "Standard Operating Procedures" over "Chaos." You want to build a reusable system, not a one-off hack.

HOW TO APPLY
